By accessing, using, joining, connecting to, or interacting with any services operated by TwisterX Development (“TwisterX”, “we”, “our”, or “us”), including but not limited to our Roblox experiences, Discord servers, websites, applications, APIs, verification systems, moderation systems, or related community platforms (collectively, the “Services”), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of all Services.

You must comply with all applicable platform rules and legal requirements while using our Services.

Participation in our Discord server requires users to be at least 13 years of age, in accordance with Discord’s Terms of Service. By joining, verifying, or interacting with our community systems, you represent and warrant that you satisfy all applicable age and platform requirements.

You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of our Services complies with all laws and platform policies applicable in your jurisdiction.

Users may not engage in conduct that disrupts, harms, exploits, threatens, abuses, or interferes with the integrity, security, stability, or enjoyment of our Services or community.

Prohibited conduct includes, but is not limited to:

• Harassment, threats, hate speech, or targeted abuse
• Impersonation of staff, developers, or other users
• Spam, malicious advertising, scams, or misinformation
• Cheating, exploiting, bypassing restrictions, or attempting unauthorized advantages
• Attempting unauthorized access to systems, APIs, developer assets, moderation tools, or infrastructure
• Use or distribution of malicious software, injected scripts, executors, automation tools, exploit clients, reverse-engineering tools, or unauthorized modifications
• Attempts to extract, copy, save, dump, decompile, replicate, or reproduce protected game systems or proprietary assets
• Interference with moderation, verification, security, or anti-cheat systems

TwisterX Development reserves the right to investigate, monitor, log, restrict, suspend, or permanently terminate access to users who violate these Terms or attempt to compromise the integrity or security of the Services.

TwisterX Development utilizes automated and manual security systems intended to identify malicious activity, exploit attempts, unauthorized automation, injected scripts, tampering attempts, unauthorized game-saving attempts, reverse engineering, and behavior associated with cheating or unauthorized modification of the Services.

By using our Services, you acknowledge and consent to the operation of these security and anti-exploit systems for moderation, integrity, and security purposes.

Any attempt to bypass, interfere with, disable, manipulate, probe, reverse engineer, or evade our security systems may result in immediate enforcement action, including permanent bans, account restrictions, reporting to platform providers, or other action deemed appropriate by TwisterX Development.

All TwisterX Development content, systems, assets, branding, code, user interfaces, logos, designs, effects, graphics, maps, game mechanics, written material, audio, video, moderation systems, APIs, and proprietary technologies are protected under applicable intellectual property and copyright laws.

TwisterX Development retains all ownership rights, title, and interest in and to all Services and assets.

Users are granted a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to access and use our assets solely as intended through normal gameplay and interaction with officially operated Services.

Except as expressly authorized in writing by TwisterX Development, users may not:

• Copy, reproduce, save, archive, dump, redistribute, sell, or republish assets
• Use assets outside official TwisterX-operated Services
• Modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or replicate game systems
• Create derivative projects using TwisterX assets or proprietary systems
• Use TwisterX branding, logos, or media in misleading or commercial ways

Unauthorized use of assets or proprietary systems may result in enforcement action, including takedown requests, platform reports, account restrictions, or legal remedies where applicable.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your accounts, devices, and credentials.

TwisterX Development is not responsible for unauthorized access resulting from compromised credentials, account sharing, third-party software, exploits, or user negligence.

TwisterX Development reserves the right to suspend, restrict, mute, blacklist, remove verification, or permanently terminate access to any Services at our discretion for violations of these Terms, community rules, platform policies, or behavior considered harmful to the Services or community.

Certain enforcement actions may be eligible for appeal through official TwisterX-operated appeal systems available on our website or designated platforms.

Submission of an appeal does not guarantee reversal of enforcement actions.

TwisterX Development may modify, suspend, restrict, discontinue, remove, reset, rebalance, wipe, or update any aspect of the Services at any time without prior notice or liability.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, uptime, compatibility, or continued operation of any Services or features.

By submitting, uploading, posting, sharing, or transmitting content within our Services, including screenshots, media, artwork, suggestions, feedback, recordings, videos, messages, or other materials, you grant TwisterX Development a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, distribute, display, archive, and publish such content for operational, promotional, moderation, archival, development, and community purposes.

Ownership of your original content remains with you.

All Services are provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

TwisterX Development does not guarantee that Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free from bugs, vulnerabilities, or harmful components.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, TwisterX Development and its staff, affiliates, contractors, volunteers, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages arising from or relating to the use of, inability to use, or interaction with the Services.

This includes, but is not limited to, loss of data, loss of access, account actions, moderation actions, service interruptions, or unauthorized third-party conduct.

TwisterX Development operates independently and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially associated with Roblox Corporation or Discord Inc.

Use of Roblox or Discord remains subject to their respective terms, policies, and enforcement systems.

These Terms shall be governed and interpreted under applicable laws within the jurisdiction in which TwisterX Development operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.

TwisterX Development may collect information provided directly by users, as well as technical, moderation, verification, gameplay, and interaction-related information generated through use of the Services.

This may include usernames, user IDs, server participation records, moderation history, verification status, gameplay activity, browser/device information, IP addresses, timestamps, interaction logs, reports, and related operational records.

Information may be used to:

• Operate and improve Services
• Maintain moderation and community safety
• Authenticate users and verification systems
• Detect exploits, abuse, fraud, or malicious activity
• Maintain logs and enforcement history
• Respond to support, appeals, or legal requests
• Analyze platform stability and performance

TwisterX Development may utilize automated monitoring, moderation, logging, and security systems to maintain the safety, integrity, and operational stability of the Services.

Users acknowledge that interaction data, moderation records, and security-related information may be processed for these purposes.

Information may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary for operational, moderation, legal, security, verification, anti-abuse, archival, or community management purposes.

Certain moderation, verification, enforcement, or security records may be retained for extended periods where necessary to preserve the integrity and safety of the Services.

Our Discord community and related Services are not directed toward children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 in violation of applicable law or platform policy.

TwisterX Development does not sell personal information.

Information may be shared with service providers, hosting providers, moderation systems, platform providers, law enforcement, or legal authorities where reasonably necessary for operational, security, moderation, legal compliance, or safety purposes.

Depending on applicable law and jurisdiction, users may request access to certain information maintained about them or request correction or deletion of information, subject to legal, moderation, operational, anti-abuse, and security limitations.

TwisterX Development may modify or update these policies at any time. Continued use of the Services following publication of updated policies constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
